Position Summary: In cooperation and coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, the Development Director leads and ensures alignment of all fundraising and donor engagement strategies to support Abria’s life-affirming mission. This includes oversight of individual giving, major gifts, events, grants, church engagement, and donor stewardship efforts. The Development Director maintains a collaborative and mission-driven relationship with staff, board members, volunteers, and community partners. This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of generosity, cultivating meaningful donor relationships, and driving philanthropic growth through strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, and team leadership.

Time Commitment: Regular, exempt, full-time position 

Location: St. Paul and North Minneapolis clinics, as well as off-site meetings and appointments as applicable. 

Supervision: Executive Director

Position Summary: The Client Advocate provides an integrated client experience as clients access Abria’s medical and personal support services. The Client Advocate will maintain a respectful and collaborative working relationship with all Abria staff and volunteers. The Client Advocate will help fulfill the mission of Abria by utilizing the most current factual information and striving always for greater proficiency and excellence in each of our service areas. 

Time Commitment: Non-exempt, part-time position 

Location: North Minneapolis and St. Paul clinics, as well as off-site meetings or appointments as applicable.  

Supervision: Director of Clinic Services  

Ideal for college students pursuing bachelor’s degrees, our 3-9 month internships offer hands-on experience in areas such as client services, admin, communications, or development. Space is limited—contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@abria.org for a complete listing.
