Director of Clinic Services
Position Summary: In cooperation and coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Clinic Services oversees and ensures alignment and coordination of all in-clinic client support: medical, support and education delivered through Abria’s two clinics. The position will maintain a respectful and collaborative working relationship with all Abria staff and volunteers. The director will help fulfill the mission of Abria by utilizing the most current factual information and striving always for greater proficiency and excellence in each of our service areas. This position provides leadership, staff supervision, program development and coordination, and strategic partnership facilitation where appropriate.
Time Commitment: Regular, exempt, full-time position
Location: St. Paul and North Minneapolis clinics, as well as off-site meetings and appointments as applicable.
Supervision: Executive Director
Client Care Nurse (RN)
Position Summary: In cooperation and coordination with the Nurse Manager, the Client Care Nurse administers all medical services offered through Abria, including: pregnancy testing, sexually transmitted infection (STI) services, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, prenatal education, education during the course of medical testing administration, and all aspects of other medical services at Abria.
Time Commitment: Regular, non-exempt, full-time or part-time position, including occasional Saturdays.
Location: North Minneapolis and St. Paul clinics, as well as off-site meetings and appointments as applicable, including occasional Saturday.
Supervision: Nurse Manager / Director of Clinic Services
Client Advocate
Position Summary: The Client Advocate provides an integrated client experience as clients access Abria’s medical and personal support services. The Client Advocate will maintain a respectful and collaborative working relationship with all Abria staff and volunteers. The Client Advocate will help fulfill the mission of Abria by utilizing the most current factual information and striving always for greater proficiency and excellence in each of our service areas.
Time Commitment: Non-exempt, part-time position
Location: North Minneapolis and St. Paul clinics, as well as off-site meetings or appointments as applicable.
Supervision: Director of Clinic Services
3-9 Month Internship Program
Ideal for college students pursuing bachelor’s degrees, our 3-9 month internships offer hands-on experience in areas such as client services, admin, communications, or development. Space is limited—contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@abria.org for a complete listing.
